Pet hair
Loose pet hair is a visible indicator of dog or cat allergy triggers in the home. Once coats reach a certain length they shed and become airborne, before binding statically to wood, tiles, and soft fibres.
Pet dander
‘Pet dander’ refers to the saliva and dried skin cells attached to hair. This is the food source of the mites that trigger allergies, so learning how to prevent pet dander is an important part of whole-home cleans.
Bacteria
It’s not just pet allergies that need to be considered. Pet coats carry bacteria from outside, which then spreads through air before settling on floor surfaces and furniture.
