Delivery update

Potential for delays of deliveries, including delivery of Express Post articles, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our delivery services may also implement measures to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. Please refer to the New Zealand Post website for updated information.



Delivery timings

Current delivery timeline estimates from dispatch 5-10 business days.

Our warehouse team will process and dispatch your order on the same day if the order is received by midday. Otherwise, it will be dispatched on the next business day. You will receive confirmation by email once your delivery is dispatched which will include the third-party tracking details of your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they might be dispatched separately depending on the availability of the different items.

Where is my package?

If your package has not arrived within above timeframes please use provided tracking number on the New Zealand Post website for specific information around your order.

If you suspect there is an issue with your order please contact us on 0800 397 667 with your order number and our Customer Care team will investigate further.

What if I am not home to receive my order?

If no-one is in when the courier attempts delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on what to do. If your order is being delivered by NZ Post, and you have arranged with NZ Post an “Authority to Leave” (ATL), this is done at your own risk. We do not recommend this as an option for apartment blocks or houses where there is no private/undercover space for delivery. Any issues with an ATL delivery, please contact NZ Post directly.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box where your item will not fit). If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.



Returns information

If you have an issue with your Dyson machine, please contact Customer Care on 0800 397 667 between 9am to 6pm (NZST) Monday to Friday.



Dyson 30 day Money Back Guarantee

If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel within 30 days of receiving your machine(s) with our Dyson Money Back Guarantee. You can return your machine in the following ways:

  • Contact Customer Care on 0800 397 667 between 9am to 6pm (NZST) Monday to Friday for a NZ Post pre–paid tracking label to attach to your item, then simply take it into your Local NZ Post Office who will arrange free return delivery
  • Drop your machine off at our Dyson Service Centre between 8.30am to 5pm (NZST) Monday to Friday

If you have purchased your machine as part of a Bundle, you can return items individually. However, if you change your mind and do not return everything included in your bundle purchase, your refund will exclude the value of any items you are keeping. These values are based on the item’s individual price on Dyson.co.nz at the time you place your order.
